Report Basics
Your report is a snapshot in time - capturing current AI metrics and how platforms perceive your brand right now. Here’s what it contains and how to get the most from it.
What’s In Your Report
Each report analyzes your brand across multiple dimensions:
- Portfolio Coverage - Which of your products and services AI mentions, and which are invisible
- Risk Analysis - Critical gaps, reputation risks, and where competitors consistently beat you
- Market Segments - How you perform across different customer types and industries
- Brand Perception - The attributes and associations AI links to your brand
- Regional Analysis - Geographic breakdown of your visibility
- Actions - Prioritized recommendations based on this report’s findings
Together, these sections paint a complete picture of your AI presence at this moment - not just whether you’re mentioned, but how you’re positioned, where you’re strong, and where you need work.
Report Cadence
Reports are generated on your plan’s schedule. Each new report captures fresh data from AI platforms, so you can track changes over time and see the impact of your optimization efforts.
AI platforms evolve constantly. A strong position today can erode if you’re not actively maintaining it. Regular reports help you catch shifts early.
Sharing Your Report
Reports are designed to be shared with your team. Each report has a shareable URL that you can send to teammates or stakeholders so they can see exactly what you’re seeing.
This makes it easy to align your team around AI visibility priorities and demonstrate progress over time.
Where to Start
Not sure where to dive in first? Here’s how we recommend prioritizing:
-
Check Risk Analysis first - High-severity reputation risks actively hurt you right now. Address any inaccuracies or negative perceptions before anything else.
-
Review critical gaps in high-intent stages - Vendor evaluation and solution research gaps cost you deals today. If you’re invisible when buyers are comparing options, that’s urgent.
-
Look at defensive gaps - If you’re consistently losing to a specific competitor in certain scenarios, that’s a focused problem you can address.
-
Scan market segments - Any segment marked “needs attention” with declining performance deserves investigation before the decline becomes severe.
-
Explore perception and coverage - These inform longer-term strategy. Weak attributes and missing products are important but less urgent than active risks.
Actions in Your Report
Each report includes prioritized actions based on that snapshot’s findings. These are specific recommendations generated from the data in this report - addressing the gaps, risks, and opportunities we identified.
These actions also appear in your Action Center, where you can track progress across multiple reports. But the actions embedded in each report are tied to that moment in time, giving you a clear record of what we recommended and why.
