Our Methodology
We take a fundamentally different approach to AI visibility measurement. Instead of tracking static keyword prompts, we generate conversational queries tailored to your specific buyer personas, pain points, and buying contexts.
This matters because your real buyers don’t search “best CRM software.” They ask questions like “What’s the best CRM for a marketing agency with 20 people who needs HubSpot integration?” Our queries match this natural language.
Brand Analysis (30 Seconds)
Just drop in your website URL and our engine analyzes everything in about 30 seconds. No forms to fill, no onboarding calls. We extract:
- Your brand identity: Name, business type, industry category, alternative categories
- Your products & offerings: What you sell, key features, value propositions
- Your Ideal Customer Profile: Company types, sizes, decision-maker roles, pain triggers, buying context
- Your market positioning: Value proposition, key differentiators, market stance
- Your competitive landscape: Suggested competitors with our confidence scores and reasoning

Based on your brand definition, we generate buying scenarios tailored to your specific ICP and market. These scenarios cover different journey stages:

AI Platforms We Query
We query the major AI platforms directly using settings that mirror how your actual customers use them:

Each platform has different training data, different tendencies, and different source preferences. We track all of them to give you the complete picture.
Plans are counted in prompts - the distinct buying questions we track for you - starting at 50. Every prompt is then asked of all four platforms, so 50 prompts means 200+ real AI conversations analyzed per report, and more again if you track multiple regions. What We Don’t Do
Transparency matters to us. Here’s what we explicitly don’t do:
- No scraping: We don’t scrape AI outputs from other sources
- No clickstream data: We don’t buy or use third-party browsing data
- No third-party data: All your data comes from our direct AI queries
- No synthetic inflation: We don’t manipulate or inflate your metrics
