Question 1

What is AI visibility (GEO)?

Accepted Answer

AI visibility, also called GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO, or LLMO, determines whether AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity recommend your brand when someone asks 'What's the best tool for [your category]?'. Unlike SEO which ranks you on Google's list of links, AI visibility affects whether AI actually mentions and recommends you.

Question 2

What is BrandViz.AI?

Accepted Answer

BrandViz.AI is an AI visibility platform for B2B SaaS companies. It tracks how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity perceive and recommend your brand compared to competitors. The platform analyzes hundreds of buyer intent queries, identifies gaps in your AI visibility, traces which sources AI learns from, and provides prioritized action plans to improve your recommendations in AI search results.

Question 3

Which AI platforms does BrandViz.AI track?

Accepted Answer

BrandViz.AI tracks your brand across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Each platform pulls from different sources and weights information differently, so visibility varies significantly between them. BrandViz.AI tests hundreds of buying-intent queries across each platform to give you the full picture of your AI visibility.

Question 4

How is BrandViz.AI different from SEO tools like SEMrush?

Accepted Answer

SEO tools like Semrush track Google rankings and backlinks. BrandViz.AI tracks what AI actually says about you - the recommendations, the sentiment, the competitors mentioned alongside you, and the sources AI cites. When a buyer asks ChatGPT for advice, that's not a Google search. It's a fundamentally different channel that requires different tracking and optimization strategies. Question 5

How much does BrandViz.AI cost?

Accepted Answer

BrandViz.AI starts at A$200 (US$149)/month with the Starter plan, which covers diagnostics across all four major AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for one core market, plus the Engine building and shipping around 8 items to your site each month. The Growth plan is A$1,000 (US$699)/month and adds deeper diagnostics across up to three markets with the Engine shipping around 30 items a month. Larger or multi-brand needs are handled on a Tailored plan. Both self-serve plans start with a free snapshot: 25 buying scenarios on ChatGPT, delivered in under 10 minutes.
