How it works
Ships draftsConnect HubSpot
A Private App access token you create in your portal, content scope only.
The Engine builds the fix
Grounded in your visibility report and the pages your site already has.
It lands as a draft
Draft blog posts and site pages in HubSpot CMS.
Your team approves
The HubSpot content editor, when your team publishes.
What ships
What does BrandViz.AI ship to HubSpot?
BrandViz.AI ships finished work to HubSpot CMS as drafts: blog posts in the blog you chose with your default author attached, site pages built on your template path, and the metadata and structured content AI engines need to cite you. Because the Engine reads your theme, drafts look like your site, not like a paste from another tool.
Draft blog posts
Posts targeting the buying queries where competitors are cited instead of you, created in your chosen blog with your default author set, ready in the content editor.
Draft site pages
New pages built from your default site page template, so they inherit your header, footer and modules and sit naturally in your site tree.
Your design, read first
The content scope lets the Engine read your theme before it writes, so headings, modules and spacing match what your team already publishes.
Metadata in place
Page titles, meta descriptions and the answer-first structure AI engines quote are written into the draft, so nothing needs a second pass before publishing.
Teams with a developer often pair HubSpot for content with the GitHub integration for code-level fixes. You pick the destination per task.
Safety
Is it safe to connect BrandViz.AI to HubSpot?
Yes. BrandViz.AI asks for one HubSpot scope, content, which covers CMS drafting and reading your theme and nothing else: no CRM, no contacts, no marketing email, no settings. It writes drafts only and cannot publish or delete. Revoke the token from HubSpot at any time.
What BrandViz.AI can do
- Create draft blog posts in the blog you chose, with your default author.
- Create draft site pages from your default template path.
- Read your theme and existing content so drafts match your design.
- Show every shipped draft in your BrandViz.AI activity feed with its summary.
What BrandViz.AI can never do
- Publish anything. Every item waits for a person to publish in the HubSpot content editor.
- Delete posts, pages or files. No delete operation is exposed to the Engine.
- Touch your CRM, contacts, deals, workflows or marketing email. The content scope does not reach them.
- See the token again after it is saved, or keep access after you revoke the Private App in HubSpot.
After approval
What happens after you publish a draft?
Publishing closes the loop. On the Growth plan, BrandViz.AI re-runs your 150 tracked buying queries every week across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, so the next refresh shows whether mention and citation rates moved, and the Engine queues the next fix from that result.
Your team publishes
The draft goes live through the HubSpot content editor the way every other post or page does, on your schedule.
The weekly scan re-runs your queries
150 tracked queries are refreshed weekly across four AI engines, with the competitive benchmark alongside, so you see the effect of what you published.
The next draft is queued
Where the scan shows a gap still open, the Engine builds the next fix and places it in HubSpot as a draft.
Connecting
How does BrandViz.AI connect to HubSpot?
BrandViz.AI connects to HubSpot with a Private App access token from your portal that carries a single scope, content, under CMS. That scope covers drafting blog posts and site pages and reading your theme so drafts match your design. You paste the token once into Integrations, and it is stored server-side.
- 1
Create a Private App in HubSpot
In HubSpot go to Settings, Integrations, Private Apps. Create an app, search for content under CMS and tick it. That is the only scope BrandViz.AI needs.
- 2
Paste the token into BrandViz.AI
Open Integrations, choose HubSpot, and enter the token. It is stored in your brand’s credentials on the server and never round-trips back to the page.
- 3
Set your defaults
Pick the blog new posts belong to, the default author from a live list of your HubSpot authors, the site page template path and your site domain.
- 4
The first drafts arrive
From your first diagnostic report, the Engine builds fixes and content and places them in HubSpot as drafts, with the same summary shown in your BrandViz.AI activity feed.
Private App tokens do not expire. Rotate or revoke one at any time from the same screen in HubSpot, then paste the new token into Integrations. The walkthrough lives in the connect your platform docs.
Before you ask
How soon does the first draft arrive?
Connect once, and the first drafts follow from your first report. Each one waits for your approval.
What does it cost?
Included in the Growth plan: 150 tracked queries refreshed weekly, plus the Engine building and shipping fixes. Seven days free to start.
What if a draft is wrong?
Decline it, or request changes in the app and the same item is revised in place. Nothing publishes until you approve.
Frequently asked questions
What HubSpot scope does BrandViz.AI need?
One scope: content, under CMS when you create a Private App. It covers drafting blog posts and site pages and reading your theme. It does not include CRM, contacts, marketing email or account settings.
Does BrandViz.AI publish to HubSpot automatically?
No. Every blog post and site page lands in HubSpot as a draft. Your team reviews it in the HubSpot content editor, edits if they want to, and publishes on their own schedule.
Which blog and author do drafts use?
You choose them once, in Integrations: the blog new posts belong to, a default author from your HubSpot authors, and the site page template and domain, so pages land in the right place with your layout.
What happens if we rotate or revoke the token?
Rotating is one step: create a new token in HubSpot under Settings, Integrations, Private Apps, then paste it into BrandViz.AI Integrations. Revoking the Private App in HubSpot ends BrandViz.AI’s access immediately. Drafts already in HubSpot stay where they are, because they are ordinary HubSpot drafts owned by your portal.
